Just need to place the fish on the stainless steel conveyor and the fish will be transferred to the cutting area . The high-speed rotating knife cuts the fish efficiently and there is rescue cover on the cutting area  to protect the workers .The speed of conveyor is adjustable .After cutting, the incision is smooth and less wear.
